Do you need diapers?

Guidelines

  • Must complete the application and provide proof of low-income services, up to and including

    • Photo ID/Passport

    • Proof of Relationship to the child(ren) being enrolled

      • Parent/Guardian

      • Relative

      • Case Management

      • Child Care Provider​​​​

    • Proof of Low-Income Services received​

      • SNAP​

      • TANF

      • WIC

      • Medicaid

    • Proof of Income​

      • SSI/SSD

      • Paystubs

  • We provide 50 diapers or 25 pull-ups and wipes for all children under 3 in low-income households.

    • Supplies are NOT provided after the 3rd birthday.​

​

  • Supplies are provided EVERY 30 DAYS for all eligible children.​

​

  • If you are enrolled at one location, you CANNOT enroll at another site.

    • You can transfer to another site but cannot move between several locations.​

​

  • Once you are enrolled, you need to return with your photo ID every month.

Erie & Niagara Counties, NY

If you reside in Buffalo or the surrounding areas, you can sign up and receive diapers, pull-ups, and wipes at the Delavan Grider Community Center.

​

Supplies are distributed between Noon and 4 PM Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.​

 Please be prepared with

  • Photo ID

  •  NYS Benefit Card (or Budget Sheet)

  • WIC Card

  • Birth Certificate

  • Medicaid Card
