We provide 50 diapers or 25 pull-ups and a pack of wipes for all children under 3 in low-income households.

Supplies are NOT provided after the 3rd birthday.​

Supplies are provided EVERY 30 DAYS for all eligible children.​

You CANNOT enroll at another site if you are enrolled at one location.

You can transfer to another site but cannot move between several locations.​

Once enrolled, you must return with your photo ID every month.

Erie & Niagara Counties, NY
If you reside in Buffalo or the surrounding areas, you can sign up and receive diapers, pull-ups, and wipes at the Delavan Grider Community Center. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response to the online application.​
​
Supplies are distributed between Noon and 4 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.​
